DealFlow Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you create a DealFlow account we collect your name and email address. When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account we receive access tokens and identifiers for the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Meta ad accounts you choose to connect. When you use the product we store the videos you record or upload, the ad campaign settings you configure, and the Messenger conversations received by your connected Page so the app can display and respond to them on your behalf. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
Your data is used for one purpose: operating DealFlow for you. Meta access tokens are used solely to publish the ad campaigns you explicitly launch, to read campaign performance, and to receive and reply to Messenger conversations on your connected Page. Conversation messages may be processed by an AI language model (OpenAI) to draft replies and by transcription services to generate video captions. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising of our own, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers named here (Meta, Stripe, OpenAI, and our hosting provider, Base44).
Meta Platform Data
Data received from Meta's platform is handled in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We request only the permissions needed to run Messenger ad campaigns from your Page, we retain Meta data only while your account remains connected, and we delete it when you disconnect or when your account is deleted.
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from Settings, which removes your stored access tokens. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data — see our data deletion instructions.
