DealFlow Data Deletion Instructions
DealFlow is a product of Brand Amp Inc.
Disconnect your Meta account
Log in to DealFlow, open Settings → Meta Integrations, and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access tokens and connection details for your Facebook Page, Instagram account, and Meta ad account. You can also revoke DealFlow's access from the Meta side at any time via Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which invalidates our tokens.
Delete your account and all data
Email matt@brandampmarketing.com from the address on your DealFlow account with the subject line "Delete my account". Within 30 days we will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including videos, campaign records, Messenger conversation history, and all data received from Meta's platform, and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
Account profile (name, email), Meta access tokens and connection identifiers, uploaded and recorded videos, campaign configurations, and stored Messenger conversations. Billing records required for tax and accounting compliance are retained by our payment processor (Stripe) as required by law.
